Cannot resume process in Resource Monitor.

Hi,I bought a new PC with a new copy of Windows 11.Now, when I suspend a process in Resource Monitor I cannot resume it again, the option is greyed out and can't be clicked.I have the same issue no matter which process I try it with.This worked perfectly on the Windows 10 version on my old PC and it works for two of my friends who have tested it on their Windows 11 machines. I tried installing Process Explorer and that will not resume the processes either. If anyone has a fix for this, it would be very much appreciated, thank you.
