Cannot reset PIN

I have a Dell XPS13 with a fingerprint reader which is not working. I have unfortunately forgotten my PIN. I can see my device under one of my 3 Microsoft accounts but I am unable to reset the PIN from any of them. I am using a desktop to access my Microsoft account(s), as I am unable to go beyond the login screen on my Dell, so cannot attempt the Start-Settings-Change PIN option. The only sign-in options I get are the fingerprint reader and PIN. I don't actually want 3 Microsoft accounts as one of them is attached to an email that I seldom access and the other was used to access Skype.I am to
