Also cannot delete files, if I task manager end the task it then works for around an hour before breaking again. I have already installed the latest windows and graphics drivers updates. I have already gone through a full and offline scan with Ms Defender, the only thing I've even downloaded recently was Medal.Tv. I am using windows 11 and have an Nvidia GPU, the files I am specifically trying to open are from Nvidias screen recording software. I have also already used DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and scf /scannow in CMD as admin. Completely stumped and cannot find anyone else w
