Cannot remove unwanted keyboard layout (Windows 11 Home)

On the bottom right i have a few keyboard layouts.I have the following as they appear on the listEnglish (United States) USEnglish (United States) IrishEnglish (United Kingdom) USI am not sure i understand what is the US below each keyboard.I want to remove the United Kingdom oneWhen i go to Settings > Time & Language > Language & Region I can see English (United States)I click on the three dots on the right and select language options.At the bottom i see the following keyboardsUSQWERTYIrishQWERTYI do not see the United kingdom keyboard layout.Can you advise how to remove this
