Cannot remove deleted Microsoft account

Hi all,I'm a student with a weird problem. I bought my laptop when I was still in high school, and I logged in my school Microsoft account on my laptop, as well as with my personal one. It was working fine, without problems, until I finished high school. Recently I saw that I'm still logged in that account on my laptop, but the account was deleted by the school IT department. Now, my problem is that I can't remove this account from my laptop, because one needs to log in the account to remove it, which is impossible because the account doesn't exist anymore. I am not really sure what can I do,
