Cannot reinstall windows, or access bios or windows for the life of me! Fearful gpu, motherboard and worst of all harddrive are lost!

Bare with me, I ain't super savvy with tech.I was loading up a game, and it looks like the GPU glitched out, and the computer crashed.I tried to reboot, but windows would not load. Windows repair did it's thing but to no avail. I tried to reset windows but could not as I did not have admin access, and there was no admin account. I am the only user. (**** windows?!)I tried to get admin through cmd no luck.I tried to uninstall windows through cmd no luck.I tried to repair and reinstall windows via DVD, no luck.
