Cannot reinstall Windows 11 on SSD (seems to have residu from upgrade)

Hi,I have a minisforum AMD Ryzen 7 PC with a 1TB SSD. The computer ran fine with Windows 11. However, after a recent update, the computer got stuck in boot. I tried various things to "repair" or go back to the previous version. After using all the tools in boot, I decided to go for a fresh install. I created a USB for a fresh Win 11 install and booted from the USB. It does start with the installation, but I keep ending up in a loop where Windows Set Up states that "it looks like an upgrade was in progress" (its actually in Dutch so I freely translated it).
