cannot reboot into uefi settings, error 203 "system could not find the environment option"

when input "shutdown /r /fw" in command prompt as an administrator in order to reboot into UEFI motherboard settings，it displays “The system could not find the environment option that was entered.(203)” and the reboot does not proceed. using just "shutdown /r" will work correctly, adding the /fw switch causes the command to fail.so how to resolve the problem？thx.i've tried "sfc /scannow" in command prompt as an administrator, no issues were found and the problem persists.i've tried "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" in command prompt as an administrator, no issues were found and the
