Cannot Print and do not have permission to edit printer

I using windows 11 and login with Microsoft 365 account Problem is I cannot print from microsoft office but I can print test page . I can scan. I can Print off my mobile device.I cannot access Printer Properties (error message says "You do not have access to this printer. Some of the tabs will be missing".I cannot access Printer Preferences (error says "Printing Preferences cannot be displayed.
