Cannot play Marvel Rivals because the game says the computer doesn't suport it.

HiI downloaded the game a while ago and tried to play but the laucher says:"DirectX 12 is not supported on your system. Please update your Windows 10 64-bit operating system (version 1909 or later) and upgrade your graphics card driver. Ensure that your graphics card meets the minimum requirements (NVIDIA GTX 1060 or AMD RX 580)." I updated the system and the graphic card. The computer says I'm using directX 12 but the game still won't start. Is that my graphic card is too weak to play it or am I missing some setting?Those are the infos of my PC.Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
