Cannot play marvel rivals because DirectX 12 is not supported on system

I have an 11 year old aced PC that has an intel Core i5It’s a Windows 10, version 22H2. I have done what everyone is saying but 1 my graphics card will not update and 2 I keep getting the error message and I don’t know what it means. Please help!
