Cannot Pin to Start Menu ANY Applications in Windows 11

Upgraded Windows from Win10 to Win11 on 1/12/2025 but now cannot Pin to Start Menu ANY Applications. All updates have been applied, but as is a corporate machine, some may not be approved yet. Corp is now using Modern PC Management (and Workspace One), users, including myself, no longer have local admin rights and while attempting to follow instructions in forum here, not sure I am able to edit policies for my own user account even though I can run Policy Manager (gpedit.msc) as an Admin.Obviously, there is obviously no error message to provide, but in short, how can applications be pinned t
