Cannot open the Users folder in an external hard drive. Takes forever to load.

TLDR; trying to get a file from the Desktop folder from my external hard drive and nothing is loading.Recently my Lenovo laptop got stuck in a restart hell loop, so I connected the hard disk to another laptop using a cable.It lets me access all the files, except those in the Users/LENOVO folder. A file I want is in the Desktop, and when I try to access it, I get:Then I click Continue, and then it keeps spinning forever and doesn't load anything.
