Cannot open .jpeg files in any drive

Hey, so since about two days now i cant open any .jpeg file in any drive. i cant opened my downloaded photos in c drive neither any of the photos i've copied to my drive D or E it says "windows cannot find name.jpeg make sure you typed the name correctly then try again." I've already tried doing the SFC scan i dont know what to do i cant find any way to open my photos
