So a while ago, im changing some settings of my computer and installing some performance software that changes some registry. A few days ago when im trying to delete some app (my storage almost full), i click win + r to summon Run and type "appwiz.cpl", but after a while nothing is showing up. So i dont care much and i just open it manually. Then i try to change some settings to get better performance and want to change advance battery settings, i noticed i cant open the Advanced Battery Settings menu. I search online and i found some ways like creating a shortcut to open it but it didnt worlk
