Cannot manually add paper sizes A0 and A1 to "Microsoft Print to PDF"

First off, I'd like to thank Neil C. Obremski for the following thread:Redirecting here, he explains in detail on how to add the A6 paper size to "Microsoft Print to PDF". I followed these steps and successfully added the paper sizes A6 and A2 to my options.However, when trying to add A0, A1, etcetera to my options using the same steps, it did not work.In directory "Windows\System32\spool\V4Dirs\6A51.....\" I opened the "69b8a4a.gpd" f
