Cannot log into computer

Hello, i was recently locked out of my computer, after i set everything up it was asking me to set up a pin but everytime i tried it just said “unsuccessful please try again later” then i just set up the face id, but 4 days later i turned the computer off then when i came back to it i tried the face id it said that it needed the pin(which it never let me make) and when i press “sign in options” there’s a the face id option and a globe and when i press the globe nothing happens. please i really need help all my notes and assignments are in this computer
