Cannot install WSL from the web

Split from this thread. Came across this thread trying to figure out how to install this from the Microsoft Store. As of right now I cannot locate it in the store outside of the webpage which I'm linking, and I'm unable to start up the install from the web. Was the app removed, or is it having issues?
