Cannot install Samsung USB driver firmly on Windows 11

Tried to install Samsung USB driver (of its latest pack; https://developer.samsung.com/sdp/file/de97d0ea-da03-46a4-b35d-346d37a878e0) firmly on Windows 11 on very first time (of the Windows session likely), so a USB data cable end connected to Samsung Galaxy S 5 running Android 6 and the other plugged in a PC's USB A port, and go to device manager > add driver > point to the drivers' pack location, then the output messages after all done are:Windows has successfuly added and installed all the specified driversss_bus.inf: Successfully added oem13.inf and installed on 0 device(s) ss_mdm2.i
