Cannot install Realtek HD audio driver

I had a problem with the realtek driver before (The microphone is not working and I have checked the microphone hardware Ids which is "MMDEVAPI\AudioEndpoints") so I tried to download the newer version and reinstall itHowever, after the uninstallation, the installer shows an error message: “Install Realtek HD Audio Driver Failure!! [Error Code: – 0001]”I have tried methods in the internet but none is successful.for example, from this website, I don't even have a Microsoft UAA Bus Driver installed in my computer, or this one since I also don't have the Realtek driver installed in the sound, vid
