Cannot install Media Feature Pack W10 Pro N

I have an application I'm trying to get working that is looking for MFPlat.dll, MF.dll and MFReadWrite.dll. The workstation is offline and the OS is Windows 10 Pro N version 22H2 (OS Build 19045.4651). Adding Media Feature Pack through Optional Features results in "Couldn't Add"DISM /Online /Add-Capability /CapabilityName:Media.MediaFeaturePack~~~~0.0.1.0 through PowerShell as Admin results in Error: 0x8024402cAny Help would be so appreciated
