Cannot Install Latest Updates

When I try to install an update, I get a black screen at the end. The only way to get out of that screen and reboot is to go into troubleshooting and uninstall the latest quality update.On my Windows Update page in settings, it says the update was successfully installed, but here it is, 2025, and my version number is 23H2 (OS Build 22631.4317).I've tried everything suggested on this and other forums, and as far as I can see, my only alternative is to reset the computer, which I don't want to do, because what if I get that black screen again?I am so frustrated by this.
