Hi,
KB4592438 will not install on my system. From Windows Update, it fails every time.
I have tried deleting everything in C:->Windows->SoftwareDistribution->Download; running several command line fixes that were supposedly helpful in a similar thread; ran the Windows Update Troubleshooter; tried downloading the KB direct from the Microsoft Update Catalog; and of course, tried restarting my PC.
The MS page for this KB says to make sure the Servicing Stack Update is installed and I have confirmed that it is.
What else could be at play for why this will not successfully install?
