Cannot install any app from Microsoft Store - help!

I received a new laptop yesterday (Windows 11, has the latest update). I cannot install any app from Microsoft Store which renders my new laptop totally useless."Aufgrund eines Fehlers konnte diese App nicht installiert werden.
