Cannot get my Win11 product key

I recently upgraded my motherboard and CPU (I had a prebuilt pc) but turned out that the Win10 OS would not transfer over. I went to the Microsoft site and bought the Win11 OS and installed it with a usb. Supposedly, what i purchased was the license and that would link to my account that i bought it on. After the install, my system is asking me to activate Win11 but I do not have the key. I have the evidence that I paid for the OS on my Microsoft account and it does not showing key in the purchase history, also I did not get an email receipt with the key.
