Cannot find a fix for nvlddmkm crashing error

I have been having the issue with my laptop in multiple games that I cannot find any solution for. My laptop is a HP OMEN 16 with an i7 12700H and 3070ti and has been upgraded with 64gb of RAM (DDR5 4800) and an additional 4TB SSD (WD Black SN850X).
