Cannot enter BIOS

[Windows 10]

Hi, I need help here.I cannot sign in to my computer. "The user profile service failed to sign-in" when I entered the password.I tried to use troubleshooting by pressing the shift and restart options, but all of the troubleshooting performed a black screen.I tried to enter the BIOS by pressing F2, F12, F10, or delete but it did not work. F2 bring me black screen, but other options come to the log-in screen.
