Cannot enable virtual machine platform, Hyper-v or Microsoft subsystem for Linux

Recently i tried to enable virtual machine platform, Hyper-V and MSL. When i rebooted it said that something went wrong and it reverted back to its original state. I even tried enabling only Hyper-V or the others but no luck. I'll appreciate if someone can help!
