Cannot enable hvci . bsod after restart

Memory integrity setting is off . If I turn it on, Windows asks to restart. When I restart, Windows freezes at the loading screen with spinning circle and after some time crashes with bsod and error code page fault in nonpaged area. I tried 1. Update all driver 2. Check memory3. Run System File Checker (SFC) and DISMI have file minidumpfile minidump.rar still have no idea why this problem is happening, why I can't enable memory integrity. Could you give me advice?
