Cannot download Windows 11 despite meeting the processor requirements on the website.

Hello,I have a dell i5-7th generation and after downloading PC health check, the response i got was that my processor was not compatible with Windows 11. I have an intel i5-7300HQ CPU @ 2.50GHz processor which is part of the "compatible intel processors" list on the Microsoft website. Not sure what the issue is at this point.
