Cannot Disconnect Personal Account from Work Computer

Hello,Recently I needed to make a purchase on a work computer using my personal Microsoft account.I logged into the store with my account, and now the local admin account shows as my personal email.This computer is domain joined, and still shows my personal email as the local admin.I do not see anyway to disconnect this account from the computer.Under all settings, I do not even see my account listed as being on the computer.How do I disconnect my email from this local admin account???????
