Cannot Disable Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling in Windows 11

I have Windows 11 Pro and I have tried disabling Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling (HAGS) from both the Default Graphics Settings menu and in the registry under Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers HwSchMode. Either way, when I restart my computer and go back into the settings it is enabled again.Is anyone aware of why this would happen? Are the NVIDIA drivers forcing HAGS on?I have an Nvidia RTX 3060 TI and an AMD Ryzen 5 7600x. My motherboard is an MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK.
