Cannot create new virtual machine on win 11 pro

HelloI have no possibilities to create a new virtual machine on win 11 pro.I have followed the installation guide and try to troubleshoot the issue with no success.Can you please advice?The installation is new and not older than a month.Some services are on "Automatic" as I red, but it is not possible to start them anyway.Here is the message.Please adviceKind RegardsJean-Christophe
