Cannot create a Wifi Hotsost on 5GHz without first connecting to a 5GHz network

I have two wifi usb keys, a TL-WN727N that supports only 2.4 GHz, and a Archer T3U Nano that support 2.4 and 5 GHz.the TL is kinda old and pretty unstable so i would prefer to use the Archer to connect to the 2.4 network that actually has internet (it's not my internet box, i'm renting a floor and the box is the floor above, i cannot access it at all, and it doesn't do 5 GHz)i want to create a 5 GHz network to connect my Oculus quest 2, because 2.4 makes the bitrate of the vr streaming unbearable.so i try to set my TL to connect to the wifi, and use my archer to create an hotspot, but for some
