Cannot connect to printer??? Driver unavalible?

I have a copilot windows laptop and cannot add a printer, which i really need to do, i have gone to ad device etc.. it finds the printer but then says driver unavailable?! Can you please tell me how to fix this as i need to connect to this printer ASAP.
