Cannot connect to Microsoft in any of Microsoft apps and PC in general

So my problem is that I can't connect to Microsoft on any Microsoft app or settings on Windows. I cannot use Microsoft Store, the Xbox app, Teams... I get different errors on all the apps and I couldn't find a solution on the internet. I have this for a long time now, I want to play my games on my Microsoft account but because I can't connect to Microsoft I can't play my games. I have tried alot, here are some examples: clearing store cacheupdating windows to newest version a lot of powershell commands I found on anwers.microsoft. deleting apps that dont work and reinstallingnothing worked.The
