Cannot connect to Exchange 2019 from Outlook 2016

Dear all Hi,

Can you please help me to understand why a Windows 7 computer with Outlook 2016 is not able to connect to Exchange 2019 on premises.

I made many tests but I still got this message.

I can configure Outlook properly with the same user on another Windows 8.1 computer.


Any help would be much appreciated.
