Cannot connect or remove Bluetooth device after replacing failing combined wifi/bluetooth adapter card

To All,I recently had to replace a failing Realtek 8821CE combined WiFi/Bluetooth adapter card on my Windows 11 24H2 Dell laptop. My WiFi network is working. My Bluetooth phone (cheap Samsung) connection for Phone Link is working. My Bluetooth stereo receiver (Onkyo TX-8220) connection is not working.The Bluetooth stereo receiver will not pair or connect to my computer and I cannot remove the device.Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Onkyo TX-8220 > Connect says "That didn't work.
