my pc recently lost power during a microshart winblows 10 update in spite of me disabling autoupdates. now it will not boot past the post screen and does not boot from usb installation media. I have tried multiple usb drives in all usb ports, I have tried creating the installation media from both the official winsmell media creation tool and by using third party media creation tools using the iso file to no avail. all peripherals are disconnected and i have tried each ram stick individually, and the cmos has been reset each time with the same result.
