Cannot add credit card to Family safety because country is wrong and cannot be changed.

Hi, I have checked every address details from my Microsoft account and they are correct. However when I try to add a credit card via Family safety, the country is locked as ”Comoros” (some African country). I was able to add credit card with correct country information to Microsoft account payment methods, but Family safety doesn’t use that information. How can I get rid of ”Comoros” country?
