Cannot add any account to my Lumia 730 with windows 8 or 10

I had to do a hard reset my Nokia Lumia 730 Duel Sim to fix sum laggings. After the phone turned on, i had to add my microsoft or google account to my phone. But I've tried million times to login but none of the accounts are being logged in. It just shows a failure. I've even updated it to windows 10., but the issue remains the same. How can I solve this issue?
