Cannot add a printer via network(Error message:unable to install printer double check the printer name and make sure that the printer is connected)

Try to add a printer via network but failed on Win11. The error message is unable to install printer double check the printer name and make sure that the printer is connected. The PC can ping the printer IP and I also try another PC can add the printer successfully. I think it is not network issue. Please suggest, many thanks.
