Cannot activate windows 11 pro error code 0xC004C003

Hi, I just bought a new thinkpad and paid to upgrade my "Windows 11 Home" to "Windows 11 Pro" via the microsoft app store. However, after installation and restarts, the activation isn't working. The error code I receive: 0xC004C003. Also it says "Windows 11 Enterprise" at the top of the activation settings screen not "Windows 11 Pro" for some reason however there are many settings as the windows is not activated . The ending of the product ID I have is AAOEMI have the receipt and the purchase is in the order history but can't find any way to contact an actual microsoft support human. Any help
