Cannot activate Windows 11 Home with Windows 10 Home RETAIL product key

Hello!So I recently build a new PC and installed a clean version of Windows 11 Home via a bootable flashdrive, hearing that a valid Windows 10 Home product key could successfully be used to activate Windows 11. However, after entering in my product key it says that my key isn't valid and gives me the error 0x803fa067. I got my key from my old laptop which was running Windows 10 Home RETAIL edition. I deactivated/removed the key from the registry using slgmr commands and tried to use the code on my new PC but it didn't work.Can someone please help me?Thank you!
