I used windows 11 Installation Assistant to upgrade from windows 10 to windows 11 pro and I can't use the windows 11 home product key.1) Is there an easy way to downgrade the system without data loss?2) If not, where can I refund the windows 11 home product key? I cannot find any refund button for the windows product key in the order history.
