Cannot access microsoft store, met with error code 0x80070002 upon launching. How can i fix this?

Since i purchased my computer ive had issues with the microsoft store, i havent been able to access it. When i have, i end up not being able to download any games at all, infact usually the app ends up loading infinitely. When it doesnt launch, it shows me an error 0x80070002. Im running Windows 11, and recently updated it as well.
