Cannot access Family Safety App or Family Safety online from PC

I cannot access my account to control kids screen time. It is set to the existing set time as of 2 weeks ago, but won't allow me to change the time manually. It does allow me to extend the time if my kids send a request for more time, but I can't see the time used as well as changes in the amount of time left. Please help!
