Cannot access BIOS to install Intel graphics driver

[Windows 10]

Bought a used PC. Updates and reset.I am trying to install the latest Intel graphics driver because my game keeps crashing. I do not know very much about any of this, but the driver fails to install. Checking Device Manager there is no Intel driver at all. I only have Radeon RX580 Series under Display Adapters.Information online says to check BIOS to see if iGPU is enabled.I have tried holding Shift and restarting, but no BIOS.Next online suggestion: restart from settings and click UEFI Firmware Settings to reach BIOS, but that option was not listed. Apparently my computer cannot access UEFI?
