Can you set up two simultaneous mobile hotspots for both 2.4ghz and 5ghz using dualband wifi motherboard and windows 10?

My motherboard is dual-band wifi capable. Through Windows 10's mobile hotspot setting; I can create a network that can toggle between 2.4ghz and 5ghz. However, some of the equipment I have requires a 5ghz connection while others require a 2.4ghz connection. This has created a problem as I need to run all equipment at the same time. Ideally, I would like to create two mobile hotspots one with 2.4ghz and one with 5ghz like you are able to do with dual-band routers.
