Can you retrieve older version of Sticky Note?

I was editing a sticky note, and inadvertently deleted it's entire contents. I can still see the notes title on my phone, but it is empty. I don't see the note at all on my PC. I tried a Windows 11 system restore and that did not work.Is there a way to retrieve an older version of a sticky note?Is there a file I can restore from my backups?
